Shipping costs in Italy are 7€.

Depending on the type of jewelry purchased (if they are "customizable", they are made after purchase, so an additional few days of waiting are necessary) and the period (especially during the peak of the Christmas holidays), order processing times can range from 3 to 14 working days.

The package is shipped via tracked courier and usually takes 1 to 3 working days for delivery. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the shipping status and know when it will be delivered.

If you have specific deadlines or would like to know before purchasing if a particular piece of jewelry would arrive by a precise date, do not hesitate to contact me.

Milly Macrame is not responsible for any shipping delays or missed deliveries, but I am fully available to promptly resolve any problems of any nature with the shipment. For international shipping inside European Union:

Shipping cost is 17,89€. 

Your order will be shipped with fast, safe and tracked shipment method (either with UPS or DHL). You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package is shipped. 

Estimated delivery time: 3-4 business days.

For the United States:

Shipping cost is 42,99$ with DHL Express.

When your package arrives, you may be required to pay the following costs directly to the courier:

• Import Duties: Estimated between 15% and 21% of the item's value. 

• Sales Tax: Your local State Sales Tax (usually between 6% and 10%).

• Brokerage & Handling Fees: A service fee charged by the courier for processing the customs paperwork on your behalf (typically ranging from $15 to $30).

I recommend checking your local state's import guidelines or using an online duty calculator. Milly Macrame is not responsible and have no control over this process.
