If there's a piece of jewelry that caught your eye but is no longer available, or you'd like it in a different color or with a different stone, you can request it on commission: choose the model , the stone , and the color of the thread and any beads.

It's important to keep in mind that, since jewelry is handmade with natural stones, it's impossible to replicate them exactly. Each piece will be unique and will have different characteristics, just like its stone.

Not all models can be replicated on commission and the availability of stones can vary significantly depending on the period and the jewel requested.

Once all the details of the jewel, the cost and the production timeframe have been established, you will be asked to make payment in advance via bank transfer, PayPal or PostePay.

For custom orders, as these are personalized jewelry, the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order does not apply. Returns are only possible if the jewelry does not match what was agreed upon before payment or if it is defective.
