How do gift certificates for custom jewelry work?
1. Purchase the voucher by checking the "I have read and accept the terms and conditions" option.
2. The recipient of the voucher can contact me at any time via any channel (email, Instagram, contact form below) providing the order number or the name of the person who purchased the voucher.
3. Once all the details of the custom jewelry have been established (models, stones, thread and bead colors, any alterations and timing), a personalized ad will be created in the shop that the recipient will purchase using the gift voucher code they received.

• The voucher acts as a credit and can be used on multiple orders or on an order of a higher value.
• The voucher can still be used to purchase the jewels available in the shop.
• Gift vouchers for custom-made jewellery are valid for 6 months , after which they remain valid for jewellery available in the shop.
• You can request the templates in the guide here .
• It is not possible to request a specific stone that is not usually available and it is not possible to send your own stones.
• Only after the personalized advert has been purchased by the recipient of the voucher will the order be considered confirmed and the stones reserved.
