Shipping and Returns

Depending on the period, processing times can range from 3 working days to a maximum of 14.

Once shipped, the package usually takes 24-48 hours to arrive. Milly Macrame is not responsible for any shipping delays, but I'm available to assist you if there are any issues. To contact me, you can email me at milly.macrame@gmail.com with your order number.

You may return purchased products and receive a refund by submitting a request within 14 days of receipt by email to milly.macrame@gmail.com, attaching photos of the products you wish to return. The products must be unused and unworn and must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days. For custom orders, as these are personalized jewelry, the right of return does not apply.

For international shipping (outside Italy):

Your order will be shipped with fast, safe and tracked shipment method (either with UPS or DHL). You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package is shipped. Usually it takes a few days to receive the package.

Please note: your order may be subject to duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. Milly Macrame is not responsible and have no control over this process. Also Milly Macrame is not responsible for any delays in delivery and or lost packages. Please keep track of your order and contact me (milly.macrame@gmail.com) if any problem arise.
