You can return purchased products and receive a refund by submitting a request within 14 days of receipt.

Send an email to milly.macrame@gmail.com, attaching photos of the products you wish to return.

Products must be unused and unworn and must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

For custom orders and jewelry "Customizable" jewelry, as it is personalized, the right of return does not apply.

Accedi al tuo account e clicca "Richiedi reso" sull'ordine desiderato. Se l'ordine ha più articoli, seleziona quelli che vuoi restituire. Puoi indicare un motivo del reso e aggiungere delle note se lo desideri. 
Infine clicca su "Richiedi reso".

Quando il tuo reso verrà approvato riceverai le istruzioni di spedizione.

– Se l'ordine è stato effettuato senza un account cliente –
Clicca qui e inserisci la stessa email usata al checkout. Riceverai un codice OTP a 6 cifre via mail. Inserendo il codice potrai accedere al tuo account cliente e trovare l'ordine contenente gli articoli che vuoi restituire.
Clicca "Richiedi reso" sull'ordine desiderato. Se l'ordine ha più articoli, seleziona quelli che vuoi restituire. Puoi indicare un motivo del reso e aggiungere delle note se lo desideri.
Infine clicca su "Richiedi reso".

Quando il tuo reso verrà approvato riceverai le istruzioni di spedizione.
